Dear,

Your cakes that LIndsay guided me through, like the process of choosing; cake, filig, icing, decorations, and the combination of them all, was outstanding.  They were moist, tasty, beautiful and the roses on them (suggested by Lindsay) were gorgeous.  Oh, yes, and on time.

The attendees of my wife's 75th Birthday Party on July 24, 2010 enjoyed and praised the cakes highly.  Most of the 41 attendees live in the Pasadena area.
